Alex G. Denholm was established in 1925 as a potato grower/merchant for farmers across the Lothians. Its sister company Denholm Potato Growers was initially established in 1982 to grow potatoes.Denholm Potato Growers have over 35 varieties of seed potatoes to choose from`in Tranent and Pencaitland.

Based in Leamington Spa, Blackdown Growers are Specialist providers of Quality Baby Leaves and Herbs to the Salad Processors, Food Service, Wholesale and Retail Supply UK industry. Founded in 1969 – for 53 years they  have been supplying Quality Salads. Like ourseleves their aim is to provide excellent service and products every day. 

Starting in 1992, Blacketyside Fruit Farm hosts over 10 arces of berries. located just east of Leven, the farm uses polytunnels effectively to ensure delicious products till late November every year. like ourselevs their story is constantly evolving to ensure perfection in their products. 

Bryans Salads Ltd is a third-generation family business based in the rural moss lands in Tarleton, Lancashire. The Bryan family have been based on the same site for nearly 60 years, initially as a farming enterprise and Bryans Salads Ltd has been in operation for over 20 years. They work around the clock to provide us with our leafy goodness.

J Carmichael started in 1937 selling fruit and vegetables from the Glasgow Fruit Market in what we now know as the Merchant City.  throughout the 50s and 60s they  sourced tropical and exotic fruit direct from the ships on the Broomielaw.In the 70s the company moved out to the new Glasgow Fruit Market in Blochairn Road where were they trade to this day. Wthey supply anything from mangos, kumquats and pineapples to artichokes, jalapeno chillies to butternut squash.

Seacliff Haulage Ltd is a family-run haulage business established in 1982 and based in East Lothian, Scotland. The business was started by John McKinnell and his wife Muriel. John was previously a Farm Manager who acquired two trucks and began packing and delivering vegetables to the wholesale market. In 1986 he was joined in the business by his son, Graeme McKinnell. In 2008 Seacliff were keen to expand their operations and purchased a depot in Arbroath in order to better serve their customers in the North of Scotland.

Drysdales is a long-established, innovative agricultural business located in the Scottish Borders. The company has developed from its origins as a farm-based enterprise to a nationwide processor of added-value, locally grown vegetables. Fun fact- they produce over 60 million servings of brussel sprouts a year.  

Starting in 1825, Moorhead and McGavin Ltd has been Manufacturers of grain mill products in Edinburgh. They supply products such as grains and pastas to us. 

Like ourselves, the Premium Roll Company is a family business, passionate about baking and proud of what we produce. The Premium Bakery was started in 2007 by Peter Ford and along with his son Graeme have grown the business from their beginnings in Loanhead to moving to our new purpose built factory in Prestonpans in 2017.

James and Elinor Logan grow potatoes in East Lothian allowing us direct access to a high quality product direct from the farm and with over 80years’ experience of growing potatoes. In addition to this they have an excellent supply chain of local growers who supply quality potatoes. This allows us an all year round supply of fresh quality potatoes for all requirements.

This Angus farm overlooking Lunan Bay has been home to the Stirling family for four generations, and they have farmed here for over 30 years, bringing up their four children and building the business. they have now all came back into the family building a strong family unite much like ourselves.

Since 1973 the master craftman bakers kneading and shaping dough by hand in Edinburgh. they use traditional, simple methods and allow time to naturally enhance their products. 

In 1976 the founder Billy Logan took over the family 40-acre smallholding, and from these modest beginnings, he grew the farm into a 1500 acre operation and later established their  processing and packing business, East Lothian Produce. W&R Logan grows for other processing and packing companies across the UK and Europe. The farm grows Brussels sprouts, cabbage, potatoes, parsnips, wheat, and barley

Yester Farm Dairies is run by husband and wife team Simon and Jackie McCreery, operating alongside the family farm at Yester Mains. Once milking is finished on the farm the milk can be piped straight from the milking parlour to our modern pasteurisation plant and cheese room on-site where they produce an artisan range of soft cheeses, cottage cheese, yogurts, creme fraiche, soured cream and fiore di latte mozzarella.
